Still reeling from IT: Welcome to Derry 's terrifying first episode ? Wishing you could catch the next episode right away to see what in the world comes next after that unexpected ending ? Well, you're in luck, because IT: Welcome to Derry episode 2 is dropping several days early.

Episode 2, titled "The Thing in the Dark," will premiere Friday, Oct. 31 at 3 a.m. ET on HBO Max. That means you can ring in your Halloween with Pennywise (Bill Skarsgård) and all the poor children he's terrorizing.

"The Thing in the Dark" will also air on HBO during IT: Welcome to Derry 's regularly scheduled time slot: 9 p.m. ET on Sunday, Nov. 2. The following installments of the eight-episode series will continue to air at 9 p.m. ET on Sundays, all the way up until the Dec. 14 season finale.
