Trump Reveals He Had a ‘Perfect’ MRI at Walter Reed — But Won’t Say Why

President Donald Trump revealed Monday that he had magnetic resonance imaging — better known as an MRI — during his second trip to Walter Reed Medical Center this year.

A reporter onboard Air Force One on the way to Japan asked Trump about the reason for his medical visit earlier this month, saying, “Walter Reed mentioned ‘advanced medical imaging.’ Did you get an MRI ?”

“I did, I got an MRI — it was perfect,” the president said. “I mean I gave you — I gave you the full results. We had an MRI and the machine, you know, the whole thing, and it was perfect.”

The reporter then asked if the doctors said what they were looking for.
