KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Brian Frost, the Harriman City Council member charged in connection to a teen’s shooting death at his Mr. Clean detail shop, didn’t appear in court Monday morning, according to District Attorney General Russell Johnson. The attorney general also said the court had asked for a capias warrant to be issued for his arrest.
Brian Frost, his son and firefighter Bradley Frost and Tony Williams were all set to appear in court Monday — Bradley Frost and Williams were present in the courtroom.
