Woman gets max sentence for murder of 3-year-old in Ohio store parking lot

A judge handed down a maximum sentence Monday morning to Bionca Ellis, the woman accused of killing a 3-year-old boy in an unprovoked attack in the parking lot of a local Giant Eagle last summer.
