The Los Angeles Rams have finally addressed their need at cornerback, trading with the Tennessee Titans for Roger McCreary. The Rams and Titans agreed to a pick swap of day three choices, essentially meaning that this trade boils down to Tennessee wanting to get rid of a player who L.A. feels could help them over the rest of the season.

Is McCreary going to prove as an upgrade to Emmanuel Forbes and other Rams corners who have struggled this season?

A second round pick out of Auburn in 2022, McCreary started 17 games as a rookie with the Titans and had one interception that season. However, his playing time diminished in 2023 and again in 2024, which is basically the same as being benched. Especially on a Titans team that has consistently been one of the worst teams in the NFL.
