Today’s opinion page includes some letters to the editor endorsing one or more candidates for the Nov. 4 election. That is one week from Tuesday.

This means we will only run endorsement letters for one more issue of the Great Bend Tribune , and that is the Thursday, Oct. 30 edition. If you want to submit a letter, it needs to be headed our way today. Remember, we will create Thursday’s opinion page on Wednesday morning. So if you plan to deliver it in person, we need it by 10 a.m. If you want to send an email, do it now. We’ll look in our email inboxes and junk email folders first thing in the morning and if it comes later there’s a good chance we won’t see it in time. The Tribune will make every effort to run legitimate letters, but time is running out for this election.
