The restaurant group bringing the diversity of Asian cuisine to Fresno has yet another project debuting soon — this time at Campus Pointe near Fresno State.

From Lin’s Restaurant Group, Ichi Shabu offers a contemporary take on Japanese shabu shabu, where guests use steaming broth to cook meat and vegetables.

Jinzhao Lin, owner of Lin’s Restaurant Group, said he was “super excited” to open the restaurant.
