CORBIN — The Corbin Rotary Club gathered for its weekly meeting Thursday, welcoming Assistant City Manager and Downtown Coordinator Jacob Roan as the week’s featured speaker.

Sergeant at Arms Lisa Kersey introduced Roan, who reflected on his time with the city and outlined accomplishments and priorities ahead.
