Midway through the 2025 college football season, several teams have separated themselves as clear contenders to compete for this year's national championship.

Few schools have unblemished records at this point in the season, but there are some who remain unbeaten heading into the final stretch of the year.

The reigning national-champion Ohio State Buckeyes are 8-0, claiming the No. 1 spot in this week's AP Top 25 poll over the 8-0 Indiana Hoosiers and 8-0 Texas A&M Aggies.

Fox Sports analyst Joel Klatt agrees with this ranking, naming the Buckeyes as his clear top team heading into Week 10 of the college football season.
