KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Operations were halted at a KCI gate over the weekend as a man made bizarre threats and claimed the Illuminati had been following him.

Platte County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Friday, Oct. 24, indicate that Joseph T. Velasquez, 36, has been charged with making a terrorist threat.

A probable cause statement filed by the Kansas City International Airport Police revealed that just before 8:50 a.m. on Friday, officers were called to a Delta Airlines gate with reports of harassment.
