PORTSMOUTH — Here are some recent arrests made by The Portsmouth Police Department:

Tuesday, Oct. 21

Joyelle Hellon Manchester, 50, of 1411 East Main Road, was charged with driving under the influence (DUI), first offense; and leaving the scene of an accident that resulted in damage to an attended vehicle. Officers arrested her at her home around 5:30 p.m.

Nathan George Andrade, 33, of 25 Cathy Circle, was charged with domestic violence (simple assault and/or battery), first offense; and domestic disorderly conduct; at about 9:50 p.m. Officers responded to Andrade’s home to investigate a report of a domestic incident involved an intoxicated female, police said. While on the scene, they determined Andrade had pushed a 44-year-old Portsmouth woman and was yelling at her loudly, according
