EASTHAMPTON, Mass. (WWLP) - Officials announced that a water line replacement project is set to begin in Easthampton on Monday.
According to the Easthampton Mayor's Office, crews will begin replacing the water main and hydrants on Emerald Place between Clinton Street and Lincoln Street on Monday. The road will be closed to through traffic from Monday to Friday between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m.
Residents will maintain access to driveways in the area during the construction period. Drivers are encouraged to seek alternate routes. This project is estimated to be completed in six to eight weeks.
