CHERAW, S.C. (WBTV) - An arrest was made after a man was found dead in the parking lot of a bar in Cheraw, South Carolina.

Chesterfield County deputies said that Shereef Dont’a Malachi, 31, was charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime in the shooting death of Terry D. Leach on Oct. 18.

According to deputies, Malachi and Leach were shooting at each other in the parking lot of the Sandtrap Bar and Grill following an altercation that had happened earlier in the night.

More suspects were identified, deputies aid, and more charges were forthcoming as of Oct. 27.
