Wendy Noss is departing as president of the Motion Picture Association -Canada after 15 years.

Charles Rivkin, chairman and CEO of MPA, wrote in a memo to employees that Noss “has decided to start a new chapter in her life and will departing the MPA in the coming months.” He wrote that she had offered to assist the MPA in finding a successor, and will remain in her role until then.

Rivkin called Noss “a trusted adviser and a steadfast advocate — someone whose wise judgment, unwavering professionalism, and deep understanding of our studios’ business priorities have defined her work every day.”
