Currituck County to launch Recovery Court in January, Judge Trivette to preside

Currituck County announced on Friday, Oct. 24 that it is working with Robert P. Trivette, Chief District Court Judge, 1 st Judicial District, to develop a Recovery Court to support citizens recovering from substance abuse disorders. Trivette, who presides over the Dare County Recovery Court which started in 2019, would also preside over the Currituck County Court.
