A spinoff of the DuPont Company, Corteva Agriscience is keeping its Delaware offices in the state.

The company is moving from the Chestnut Run Plaza outside of Wilmington, to a former DuPont building in downtown Wilmington.

The company is receiving grants administered by the Delaware Council on Development Finance.

With up to $1 million in grants, a business that was once part of the DuPont Company is planning to move into the building that was home to DuPont in Wilmington.

Corteva , an agriculture technology company that was a spinoff of DuPont, is keeping one of its corporate offices that employs over 200 workers in Delaware, moving to downtown Wilmington.
