GLENDALE, AZ (AZFamily) — A man is dead after being shot at an apartment in Glendale on Sunday morning.

Just after 2:30 a.m., first responders were dispatched to an apartment complex near 67th Avenue and Bethany Home Drive , for reports of a man who was bleeding from the head and not moving.

Officers responded and found a 24-year-old man who had been shot in his right shoulder, according to Glendale PD. He was later pronounced dead.

The death is being investigated as a homicide, and remains under investigation.
