DULUTH — First-place finishes were plentiful for the Bemidji High School girls swimming and diving team.
The Lumberjacks won 10 of the 12 varsity events on Friday in a road duel against the Greyhounds.
Abby Daman took first place in four events. She won the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 2:06.68, followed by Elle Wille (2:07.92, 2nd) and Emily Haack (2:11.75). Daman also won the 100-yard breaststroke in 1:13.81, with Kiera Strodtman in third (1:18.41).
Daman also competed in a pair of winning relay races. She took first place in the 200 free relay with Finley Zothman, Quinn Friedt and Strodtman in 1:44.38. The same group won the 400 free relay in 3:56.46.
