A suspect shot and wounded a San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department deputy, then crashed a motorcycle on the 210 Freeway while fleeing from law enforcement on Monday afternoon, authorities said.

The incident began about 12:35 p.m. on Oct. 27, when deputies responded to a report of an armed man threatening a woman in a residential neighborhood in the 12300 block of Hollyhock Drive in Rancho Cucamonga, according to the sheriff's department.
