After years of anticipation, folks in Palmer and surrounding neighborhoods will finally welcome the opening of a Starbucks , Chipotle and Jersey Mike’s on Route 32 in just a few short months.

A spokesperson from Starbucks confirmed the locations slated to open in Liberty Plaza on Thorndike St. in Palmer will do so in “early winter,” with a Chipotle spokesperson sharing the new Chipotle will open in December.

Neither company offered an exact date.

The new Chipotle, located at 1186 Thorndike St., Unit 4 will feature the brand’s “signature Chipotlane” — a drive-thru pick-up lane that allows people to pick up mobile orders without leaving their cars, a spokesperson told MassLive .
