DALLAS (KNWA/KFTA) — Less than a month after Chili's ditched the skillet queso, a longtime mainstay on its menu, the restaurant chain posted three words: "Justice is coming."
A day after teasing an announcement about the possible return of the skillet queso, the Dallas-based chain confirmed it would be coming back.
Chili's said in an X post on Monday, "OKAY WE HEAR YOU and we hate when y’all are mad at us. We’re working on bringing Skillet Queso back to Chili’s very soon. Stay tuned for a date."
An Instagram post with the same caption included a photo of the skillet queso with "We tried to killet, but you love the skillet" on it.
