BILLINGS, Mont. – As the November election approaches, Billings residents have four candidates vying for the position of mayor, each offering unique perspectives and plans for the city.
Mike Boyett, a council member for Ward 5 and current deputy mayor, emphasized his commitment to collaboration and responsiveness.
