STEVENS COUNTY, Wash. -- Troopers arrested a man who led law enforcement on a motorcycle chase while driving under the influence on Monday, according to Washington State Patrol.
Around 11:30 a.m. on October 27, 32-year-old James Goodlake of Spokane led troopers on a motorcycle, southbound along State Route 395 near Loon Lake.
WSP said the chase lasted for 12 miles and ended with Goodlake failing to turn a curve and crashing his motorcycle into a car with two occupants inside. Neither people inside the car were injured in the crash.
Goodlake was transported to a nearby hospital for his injuries. He was charged with DUI and eluding police.
