SPOKANE, Wash - Police arrested a second person suspected in the murder of a man in Spokane's Logan neighborhood earlier this month.

Police arrested 19-year-old Marius Velazquez in Olympia Monday night.

He's accused of killing Shawn Cranford October 17th in a dispute over a car title.

Police previously arrested Zachary C. McGriff for the same murder.

McGriff is being held on murder and robbery charges in the Spokane County Jail.
