Back on Sept. 9, in the top of the 10th inning, the Houston Astros had Jose Altuve on second base. Victor Caratini grounded a ball to Vladdy, who scooped the ball — and threw over to third, instead of taking the easy out at first. And Altuve was out by 10 feet.

The Jays ended up winning that game, 4-3, in the bottom of the 10th.
