“We have our patrols out and we’ll have the game covered,” Beck said. “So the game is extra and above what we already have planned. Some of those police officers will be available after the game if needed. So we’ll have plenty of manpower that day.”
He says choosing trunk-or-treats or indoor parties are usually safe. If anyone chooses to trick-or-treat, Beck says to have children be accompanied by an adult, wear costumes that allow you to see your surroundings and make sure candy is inspected by parents and guardians.
