SHELBY TWP. – When a team returns as much talent as Utica Eisenhower did this season, expectations understandably are through the roof.
The Eagles have lived up to their billing as one of the state’s top overall teams in Division 1 and overall this season.
Eisenhower finished a perfect 10-0 in the Macomb Area Conference Red Division, finishing off the unbeaten league season on Oct. 23 with a three-game sweep of Grosse Pointe South and Miss Volleyball candidate Gabby DiVita. Last season, Eisenhower finished 9-1 in league play.
The Eagles graduated only two players form the 2024 roster and returned 11 total players from their regular season roster.
“We have a lot of girls that are in their fourth or third season up with me on varsity and we have a lot of experience,” noted veteran Eisenh
