Jon Stewart takes no prisoners during his satirical political commentary on The Daily Show , especially during tonight’s episode as he rang the alarm on President Donald Trump ‘s flirtation with a third term that would skirt constitutionality.

Faking emotionality, the political comic spent the majority of his first segment cracking sarcastic jokes about how ungrateful the American populace is toward the GOP leader.

“He just wants to save his country, and all he asks for in return is a little bit of total, unquestioning fealty and a few billion dollars in influence money and new forms of currency. This poor bastard,” he quipped.
