The family of influencer Ben Bader is speaking out following his death.

The creator — who was known by a combined following of over 200,000 on Instagram , TikTok and X — died on Oct. 23, his girlfriend Reem previously shared in a TikTok post on Sunday, Oct. 26. He was 25 years old.

Bader's family has since confirmed his death in a statement shared with PEOPLE on Monday, Oct. 27.
