This looks like a sudden artificial boom atmosphere. Some realtors are coming up with investment plans in Vizag around the area of the proposed Google AI Data Center.

As the announcement about the Data Center is fresh, the realtors are aiming for quick money and exit.

In fact, there is an ongoing discussion about how many jobs would be created with that data center and whether there would be any environmental threat because of it.

JD Lakshmi Narayana, an educated man, said that many states in the USA are not willing to host AI data centers due to environmental issues like overheating, pollution and shortage of water resources, which could create drought-like situations.

Many states in India are also not keen, and Karnataka has already explained that it is not a viable win-win situation
