Iabsolutely love to cook. I love the opportunity to not only create, but also the honor and pride of serving others. Not to mention the smug satisfaction of watching my daughter’s actually gobble up what I’ve prepared – most recently boneless skinless thighs on my new flattop grill. So, I mostly approach cooking to solve the multi-faceted problem: what do we have, what do I feel like making, and what will everyone actually eat?
On my days off, I’m thinking about how to solve breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
