Craigmillar Park tennis club have held a first ever padel championship on their court at Cameron Toll.

Women’s champions were Pauline Clancy and Sue Hay with a 6-2, 6-4 final victory over Alice Millar and Jane Wright. A total of six couples took part.

In the Open event honours went to Kevin Brocklehurst and Gary Georgeson who won 6-1. 6-3 in a final against Jeremy Tilman and Aly Findlay. There were eight couples participating over two evenings.

The club opened their padel court in April, 2023.
