Lena Tusche scored two goals less than three mintues apart in the first half as top-seeded Mount St. Dominic, No. 5 in the NJ.com Top 20, defeated fourth-seeded Montclair, 2-1, in the Essex County Tournament semifinals in Millburn.

Tusche, a Vanderbilt commit, opened the scoring with a goal in the fifth minute off a feed from Reina Casas. Then, in the seventh minute, Tusche took a Gianna Camporeale pass and scored to make it 2-0 in favor of Mount St. Dominic (18-0).

Isabella Raju made four saves to earn her fourth shutout of the season.

Mount St. Dominic seeks its first ever Essex County title on Thursday when it plays second-seeded and No. 16 Livingston, the two-time defending champion, in the final on at 7 p.m. at Caldwell.
