Oklahoma City's first MAPS 4 youth center is expected to open in 2027 and will come with a price tag of more than $14 million, but organizers said it could serve 400 to 450 southwest OKC kids a day.
Details for the Woodson Park Youth Center, to be located at 3404 S. May Ave., were presented to Oklahoma City Council members on Oct. 21. Architect Collin Fleck, director of design at Bockus Payne, said the centers will be a safe place for kids to go after school and during the summer.
