NEW YORK (PIX11) – Not one, not two, but four different affordable housing lotteries in New York City are offering $0 rent for eligible New Yorkers.

Two of the lotteries are located in the Bronx, one is in Queens, and another is in Brooklyn, according to NYC Housing Connect. Here’s what to know about them:

Bronx

El Hogar aka Comunilife Tiebout • Located at 2444 Tiebout Ave. • 32 units available (27 studio apartments, 5 one-bedroom apartments) • Amenities include 24-hour attended lobby security monitoring, on-site support services, resident manager, in-unit intercom and nurse call, fitness center, computer lounge, recreation room, bicycle storage and communal laundry room • Close to the Nos. 1, 4, B and D subway trains • No pets allowed; service animals are an exception • $58
