A formerly homeless man charged earlier this year with stalking a teen in Ridley Township pleaded guilty Monday to a single count of harassment as a summary offense.
Derek Bradshaw, 44, was sentenced to time served from April 23 to June 13 with no further punishment.
Bradshaw was charged with stalking, harassment, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after drunkenly following and badgering a 17-year-old girl he encountered on the street.
The remaining charges were dismissed under the negotiated plea worked out by Assistant District Attorney Meghan Rafter and defense counsel Anna Hinchman.
According to testimony at a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Andrew Goldberg in May:
The victim encountered Bradshaw at about 7:30 p.m. on April 22 in the 2100 block of MacD
