NORFOLK — Police are searching for a man who is wanted in connection with a fatal stabbing Monday morning .
Police said a call came in around 7:55 a.m. regarding a domestic-related incident at a home in the 400 block of E. Brambleton Avenue, in the city’s Young Terrace neighborhood. When police arrived, they found a woman, 23-year-old Shakira S. Clark, of Norfolk, with life-threatening injuries. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Detectives have charged 25-year-old Keandre Debrough with second-degree murder and burglary. He is also wanted on other outstanding charges, according to police.
