Search for wanted person turns into drug bust of almost seven pounds of marijuana

HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) - An Evansville man is facing drug dealing charges after authorities found almost seven pounds of marijuana during a search of a wanted person.

According to an affidavit, on October 27, detectives with EPD assisted the United States Marshals Service in locating Leonard Frye. Authorities arrived at a home in the 1700 block of S. Elliott Street. Bryce Wilbourn claimed Frye was not there. He reportedly signed a Pirtle form to allow officers to search for Frye.
