Factory output growth steady at 4% in September

Growth in the country's industrial production -- also known as factory output -- was recorded at 4.0 per cent in September, unchanged from the previous month's reading, according to official data. Factory output is measured by the Index of Industrial Production (IIP). It is one of the key macroeconomic indicators.
