Crime Prevention Coordinator, Kelly Laesch says there's one simple fix to keeping an eye on your child this season, and that's adding reflective stickers to their spooky attire. “So, if there's cars around in like a residential area, but on the street kind of a thing, you definitely want to have drivers be able to see kids, especially in costumes. A lot of them are black, dark.”
