Costco has announced a recall of a popular wagon due to a safety risk to children.

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Olympia Tools International Inc. is recalling the PACK-N-STROLL Folding Utility Wagon, sold at Costco.

Though the item was not marketed for use by children, it may be misused in that manner.

According to the recall notice, this item doesn’t meet federal safety standards for use with children, because there is a risk of a child’s head becoming trapped between an opening between the wagon’s utility tray and the sidewall.

Additionally, the wagon doesn’t contain a restraint system, posing a risk of falls to children, according to the recall notice.

Consumers should stop using the wagon immediately and return it to the nearest Costco store to
