PICKAWAY COUNTY, OH – A violent two-vehicle crash on Tarlton Road , just east of Crossroads Church , sent several people to area hospitals Monday evening, including one who was flown by medical helicopter in critical condition.

Emergency crews were dispatched to the scene around 5:15 p.m. after reports of a high-speed head-on collision between a black SUV and a van. According to initial reports, the driver of the van was airlifted by MedFlight to Grant Medical Center and two Children were transported to Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus.

The driver of the black SUV was also transported by ground ambulance to a nearby hospital with injuries. The extent of all injuries remains unknown at this time.
