An Alberta man says he plans to pay off his mortgage, improve his home and spend a lot more time with his family after winning nearly $1.2 million on a VTL jackpot in Estevan.
According to the Western Canada Lottery Corporation, Cody Turcotte, a resident of Dunmore, Alta., was awarded $1,190,525.67 after winning a grand jackpot on a VLT machine at the Tower Restaurant in Estevan last Tuesday.
