Lady Sarah McCorquodale, the 70-year-old elder sister of the late Princess Diana, remains hospitalized following a serious horse-riding accident last month.

The incident was revealed by her brother, Charles Spencer, during an appearance on the “Rosebud with Gyles Brandreth” podcast.

“She’s still riding, and she’s had a really bad fall last month and has been in hospital for a long time,” Spencer said.
