Prince William and Harry’s aunt, the eldest sister of their late mother Princess Diana, is “on the mend” amid a hospitalization for “a really bad fall” from her horse last month.
Lady Sarah McCorquodale, 70, is “still riding” and “had a really bad fall last month and has been in hospital for a long time,” brother Charles Spencer said on the Oct. 24 episode of the “Rosebud with Gyles Brandreth” podcast.
The incident didn’t break her spirit though, with 61-year-old Spencer believing his sister to have been “quite a handful as a patient, because the lead doctor said to my brother-in-law, ‘She’s quite a character, isn’t she?’”
A friend of Lady Sarah’s told People that she’s “on the mend.”
