SAN ANTONIO — A man was sentenced Tuesday to more than 10 years in prison for repeatedly sexually abusing a minor.

Robert Louis Ynostrosa Moreno II, 28, was sentenced to 13 years in prison and given a $1,000 fine

Back in February, Moreno II was charged with Sexual Coercion, Indecency With a Child - Sexual Contact and Online Solicitation of a Minor. The Sexual Coercion charge was dropped a few months back. He was found guilty on both counts.

According to BCSO, Moreno reportedly first encountered child pornography in 2017 or 2018 and allegedly last viewed it in 2023. Over the years, Moreno talked with about 20 people who are sexually interested in children and received explicit material showing kids.
