Despite clinching the title, Jannik Sinner did not look quite right during the Vienna Open final.
Sinner defeated Alexander Zverev to claim his second Vienna Open crown, adding a 22nd career trophy to his collection.
It was also his first tournament since the Shanghai Masters, where he had to retire against Tallon Griekspoor due to cramping issues.
The same issue appeared again in the final with Zverev, and Sinner has now shared how he is feeling following his latest win in Austria.

Sinner defeated Zverev 3-6, 6-3, 7-5, though he seemed to be battling cramps, especially early in the match.
The Italian star attributed the pressure of playing in a final as a possible contributing factor,
