SRINAGAR : The Traffic Police on Tuesday issued a traffic advisory restricting the upward movement of heavy and medium motor vehicles (HMVs/MMVs) from Jammu towards Srinagar on November 1 and 2, in view of the annual Darbar Move. Follow Us On G -N e w s | Whatsapp

According to an advisory, there shall be no up-movement of goods carriers from Jammu towards Srinagar on the said dates, coinciding with the shifting of offices from Srinagar to Jammu for the winter season 2025–26.

However, the movement of light motor vehicles (LMVs) shall be allowed from both ends — from Jammu towards Srinagar and vice versa.
