Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco could miss Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills .
Pacheco is considered week-to-week with an MCL sprain, according to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero , after exiting Monday night’s 28-7 win over the Washington Commanders .
The fourth-year running back injured his right knee with under four minutes remaining in the fourth quarter. Pacheco was hit low on a carry, immediately punched the ground, and hobbled to the sideline. He was examined by trainers but did not go into the blue medical tent.
ESPN cameras later showed Pacheco smiling and jumping around with teammates, a sign that initial ligament stability testing did not indicate a torn ACL.
