WARREN A Brookfield man has learned his fate in the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas during a sentencing hearing on Tuesday.

Nathaniel Thompson, 21, was sentenced to five years' probation by Judge Sarah Kovoor.

Previously, Thompson's sentencing hearing had been delayed three times.

In addition to five years' probation, Thompson must also register as a Tier II sex offender, which means that he will register with his local sheriff's office twice annually for 25 years.

Thompson, according to a court employee, must also have no contact with legal drugs or alcohol and could be subject to random drug testing and may not enter into any bars, taverns or casinos.
